Functional Capacity Assessments

Functional Capacity Assessments are a combination of interviews, observations and standardised assessments used to determine how you or your family member function in their day-to-day life. These can be helpful when trying to gain access to the NDIS or when deciding which services are going to help you achieve your goals.

Functional Capacity Assessments are for people of all ages. The assessment itself usually takes a couple of hours and can take place either in your home or at our office.

Once completed, your Occupational Therapist will complete a comprehensive report with a range of recommendations. The reports can take a few weeks to prepare.
